Each engagement component has its own rates we see across the entire platform, though the results vary from customer to customer. As a quick example, polls tend to see 15-30% engagement, though they’ve reached up to 60%. Since the overlays are meant to be contextual, you can think of the engagement rates as correlated to the contextual quality, which is a function of timing, copy/phrasing, images, etc.
